Beta program is starting now!

After 10 years of research and development at the DLR, Philectrify offers its solutions to initial partners. See the benefits below and apply for the Beta program at the bottom of the page.

Beta Phase
2025

You will have early access to our cutting-edge technology with several benefits and at much lower prices. Please be aware that our product might face technical challenges at this stage.

Attractively priced

You will only pay for the hardware, transportation and individual engineering if needed. You won’t pay for support and basic consultation. Hardware costs will match the prices from our suppliers; no margins will be added!

Extended support

We will use extended tracking, additional sensors and more supervision of all parameters. We will offer the Beta program to a limited number of customers only. Therefore the overall response times of our team are faster.

Consultation and Engineering support

If you order an inductive heater, you will receive cost-free support from our engineering team. We can help you to integrate the process gas heater inside your current system or furnace.

Final Product
2026 & Ongoing

After the Beta Phase we offer our fully proven and operable inductive heater to you.

Long-Term Reliability & Quality Assurance

Industry-Standard Warranty: Full warranty based on established industry standards to ensure long-term security.
Proven and Optimized Technology: After extensive testing during the Beta program, the product has become a mature and reliable solution.
Enhanced quality assurance process in collaboration with our suppliers

Flexibility & Seamless Integration

Modular Scalability: From small-scale applications to multiple MW of power—our system can be adapted to your needs.
Retrofit Capability: Easily integrated into existing industrial setups without requiring a complete system overhaul.

Expert Support & Engineering Services

Basic Consultation Included: Assistance in integrating the system into existing processes or furnaces.

FAQ

Participation Requirements

Who can participate in the Beta Phase?

All companies and institutions who want to try out our inductive heater for their own heating applications. All you need is a industrial application or a technicum where you can use the processheater under production circumstances.

How can I apply for the Beta Phase?

Please fill out the form below. You can also write us an e-mail or give us a phone call to provide the information requested in the form. (See Contact)

Is the Beta Phase free, or are there any costs involved?

We provide the technology and basic engineering support at no charge, but participants are expected to take over the material, logistical and comissioning costs.

Beta Program Process

How does the registration and selection process work?

We select participants based on the alignment of their application with our technical capabilities and development goals. Preference is given to those who can provide industrial testing environments. After submitting your application, our team will review your setup and use case. Selected participants will be contacted for a detailed discussion before final approval.

How long does the Beta Phase last?

  • 2-6 weeks of pre discussions and calculations
  • 4-6 months production of inductive heater, delivery and commissioning on site
  • 3-12 months of running application based on the complexity and risks of your task.

What kind of support is available for Beta testers?

Our support includes initial setup guidance, troubleshooting assistance, and periodic optimization consultations. Each participant will have a dedicated technical contact for troubleshooting and optimization assistance.

What features or functionalities will be tested during the Beta program?

We focus on testing performance, energy efficiency, durability, and integration into existing industrial processes. Furthermore we will keep an eye on the overall thermodynamical heat balance and other relevant parameters.

What happens after the Beta Phase ends?

We will have a final meeting and discussions to evaluate the overall project progress. Beta testers may be invited to extended trials or early adopter programs. Of course you can keep all bought hardware without additional charges.

Expectations for Participants

What is expected from Beta testers?

Beta testers should actively use the system in a real-world environment and provide structured feedback on performance and usability.

Are there any legal agreements, such as NDAs, that participants need to sign?

To ensure mutual trust, a NDA and Beta testing contract will be provided and must be signed before installation. The NDA will protect both parties from unauthorized disclosure of confidential information, misuse of proprietary data, intellectual property theft, competitive risks, and potential legal disputes arising from breaches of confidentiality.

Can Beta testers share information about the product publicly?

Both parties will be allowed to share certain information after approval from the other party.
